*WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? Our current processing time is 1-3 days. After we ship out your order, it is in the hands of USPS to deliver your package, which can take anywhere from 3-7 days for domestic orders and 7-16 days for international orders.

*MY SLIME ARRIVED STIFF, STICKY, ETC. WHAT DO I DO? All orders come with a business card with care instructions. As a rule of thumb, place stiff slimes in the microwave for 6 second intervals or keep in a hot place until soft. For sticky slime, mix the provided borax powder with 1 cup of hot water and add tiny bits to the slime until not sticky. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for further inquiries.

*MY ORDER IS JUST SITTING IN PRE-TRANSIT. WHAT DO I DO? It is extremely common for USPS not to update the tracking status (even if i have already dropped off the package) for days, even weeks. Please do not worry, as the package should get moving asap. If there are no updates in the tracking for 1 week, email me.
