It has been an unimaginable four and a half years of meeting the most amazing people, sharing my creations with the world, and curating content for every single one of you. I never in a million years would have imagined having an opportunity such as this. If you are reading this, thank you for supporting me in any way over these last few years whether you liked my videos or purchased my slimes. I would not have been able to make all these memories and gain enough experience to last me more than one lifetime. I truly forgot how fun it was to restock again and catch up with my followers and customers. This is not a goodbye, but a see you later! I will do my best to be active while in college and keep up with everyone who has supported me on this insane journey. -Ashley

*WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? Our current processing time is 1-3 days. After we ship out your order, it is in the hands of USPS to deliver your package, which can take anywhere from 3-7 days for domestic orders and 7-16 days for international orders.
*WHERE CAN I READ PURCHASED REVIEWS? To read reviews from customers who have purchased my slimes, go to slimeyodashop.etsy.com
*MY SLIME ARRIVED STIFF, STICKY, ETC. WHAT DO I DO? All orders come with a business card with care instructions. As a rule of thumb, place stiff slimes in the microwave for 6 second intervals or keep in a hot place until soft. For sticky slime, mix the provided borax powder with 1 cup of hot water and add tiny bits to the slime until not sticky. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for further inquiries.
*I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO? Please email me at email@example.com with your order number and please clearly state your issue. We make every effort to resolve any and all discrepancies, so please contact me!
*I LOVED MY PRODUCT! HOW DO I LEAVE A REVIEW? Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and please state your review and name (first name and last initial OR instagram username). I will try my best to post them here!
*MY ORDER IS JUST SITTING IN PRE-TRANSIT. WHAT DO I DO? It is extremely common for USPS not to update the tracking status (even if i have already dropped off the package) for days, even weeks. Please do not worry, as the package should get moving asap. If there are no updates in the tracking for 1 week, email me.
